Ingredients:
Cold-pressed evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis L); Lemon flavor; Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol); Lime flavor.

Dosage

Capsules: It is recommended to take 3 to 4 capsules per day for a minimum of 12 weeks to reach adequate levels of essential fatty acids.

Oil: It is recommended to take one coffee spoon (2.8 ml) per day for a minimum of 12 weeks to achieve appropriate levels of essential fatty acids. This special liquid preparation of evening primrose oil contains lemon and lime flavors to enhance intake and correct administration with one coffee spoon per day. Shake well before use. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months.
